I received this coral about two weeks ago and the colors on it are outstanding. I love that the mushroom is an excellent sized specimen not some tiny baby coral. The colors actually match what is displayed on the website which is awesome.
Seriously the most beautiful coral I’ve ever seen in person! Truly the crown jewel of my mixed reef when I was told “it’s quite a bit brighter than the ones in the pics on the website” I knew I was getting something special but I never imagined that I would get anything even close to this level….i have been ordering form CC for a year now between the fact that I’ve never seen such healthy livestock and the sales prices they have on extremely high end corals that make truly centrepiece worthy examples within reach of the average person and how they go above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of to make even the smallest online orders feel like a rockstar it’s truly a special experience I’ve had other online experiences since but nowhere else has been able to match the level of customer service or the quality of livestock from Candy Corals if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t even dream about having a fraction of the corals I have Ive yet to encounter any pests on anything I’ve ordered from them and it’s refreshing to purchase a fish from a vendor and to have them call to stay that they’re not up to their standards for shipping would I mind waiting for a week to make sure they are healthy enough to ship as opposed to just selling me something that would likely not survive more than a week or two after all the stresses of shipping and being added to a new system! I honestly can’t say enough good things about them, their customer service & support or the quality of their livestock and that’s as basically a faceless name buying from them online I have no motivation to write a review like this outside of sharing my own personal experiences and thoughts especially for anyone who is interested but hasn’t ordered livestock online yet like myself a year ago what made me decide to go ahead and try was searching google for corals for sale online and coming across some sales that were almost too good to be true and after checking the going prices across Canada and even the USA verifying that the sales were in fact excellent deals so I took a shot in the dark and ordered a few things are still growing strong in my system normally when a 200$ frag is marked down to 50$ it’s because it’s struggling or unlikely to survive long term not here and generally not only are that well established frags that have obviously been well cared for but they’re genuinely healthy pest free examples of high end collectors pieces that any collector can be proud of!
