AquaIllumination Orbit Cross Flow Pump

The all-new Orbit 2 and Orbit 4 cross-flow pumps join the popular AI Nero lineup as submersible in-tank powerheads. The fully controllable and programmable Orbit 2 is perfect for medium to large aquariums, while the Orbit 4 produces twice the flow to support larger systems. Cross-flow pumps provide a tank circling or "orbiting" flow that is great for water turnover and also helps prevent detritus from settling. The compact design means that these pumps can be placed either horizontally or vertically in most aquariums, giving you even more flow customization options.

Easy Control

AquaIllumination partnered with Maxspect to incorporate AI's technology and control platform with the popular Gyre style of water movement. Like other pumps from AquaIllumination, you'll notice the familiar inline controller, allowing you to cycle through speeds of 1%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100%. The single button on the controller also gives you easy access to feed mode as well as on/off control.

If smart control is what you're looking for, fear not. All AI devices, Orbit included, come with smart control standard. Choose from the myAI® or Mobius app on any iOS or Android device to easily set up and program your AI equipment. Or, use the MXM module to control the Orbit with Apex Fusion. The real beauty is when the Orbit is combined with other AI and EcoTech devices. Now you can sync the flow of your VorTech or Nero pump with a cross-flow style pump, giving you more flow options than ever while staying within the familiar myAI® or Mobius app.
