I contacted the shop for information, and responses were very fast. Shipping was very fast and arrived via Fedex with care. Even with -20 temps, the packaging was very snug and safe for my shrimp with 2 small heat packs. He was very healthy and acclimated awesomly to my tank. I was also given a small sample of Vitalis premium to give after acclimation and he loves those. Will definitely buy something again from here when needed!

Arrived alive and looked healthy, unfortunately slightly after putting in the tank started molting and got sucked into the wave maker everyone had a good feed 😂

I’m so thrilled with my order. Everything came well packaged and the livestock was very healthy. I was so impressed!
