Power Phos is a wet granulatet ferric hydroxyd adsorber which safely removes silicates and phosphates from the aquarium. The pollutants are bound to the surface of Power Phos and will not be released again.

Rawan Kabra I have yet to see this bring my phosphates down. They have barely moved a point and I have changed my feeding habits, I am even doing 20 gallon water changes twice a week at times, my nitrates are great on the other hand. So, I don't know, I previously had more success with Seachem's Phosguard.
